Working Principle of China Twin Shaft concrete mixer:
Mixing system is composed of electric motor, reducer mobile concrete mixer, exposed gear portable concretemixer, and lubrication system. There are two horizontal mixing shafts in the mixing drum. Mixing blades are fixed on the two mixing shafts. The reducer with double gear is driven by electric motor, and the two shafts driven by exposed gear are rotates in the opposite direction at the same speed. There is a discharge gate at the bottom of the mixing drum. Materials can be discharged by manual handle or pneumatic device.
Features of Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer:
1. Shafts adopt high-rigidity and high-tenacity wearable cast alloy steel to prolong the service time.
2. Shaft end seal adopt original-imported parts to avoid cement and slurry leakage.
3. Pneumatic or hydraulic discharging device can be used to switch the discharge gate.
4. Lubrication system adopts electric oil pump or manual oil pump.
