Fully Automatic Mobile Concrete Batching Plant
The fully automatic mobile concrete batching plant is a highly integrated, fast-transfer concrete production equipment designed for projects with frequent relocation and short construction periods (such as roads, railways, bridges, and hydropower projects). It integrates batching, weighing, conveying, mixing, and control systems into the trailer unit to realize the "mobile factory" function.
Modular integrated design
- Trailer unit integrated system:
Aggregate batching bin, belt conveyor, mixing host, powder/water/admixture metering system, control room, and pneumatic/waterway modules are integrated on a single chassis, and the entire unit can be moved by a tractor (trailer speed is usually ≤60km/h).
- Quick installation technology:
It adopts a pin-shaft hinge structure and aviation-grade quick-connect connectors (protection level). The water, electricity, and gas circuits do not need to be disassembled and can be put into production within 1 day after the transfer.
- No foundation installation:
Only the hardened ground needs to be leveled, and the main building and the powder tank are locked with a steel structure foundation, eliminating the need for concrete foundation construction.
Automated workflow
- Aggregate batching:
2~4 grid storage hoppers measure sand and gravel cumulatively, pneumatic doors open and close in sequence, and conveyed by weighing belt conveyors (the anti-collapse design uses multiple sets of tensioning/supporting/limiting guide rollers, and the angle <30° ensures stability).
- Powder and liquid metering:
Cement enters an independent metering hopper through a screw conveyor, and water and admixtures are weighed by high-precision sensors and automatically fed according to the formula.
- Mixing system:
The forced twin-shaft mixer (such as JS type) realizes dual-flow movement of materials, with short and uniform mixing time, suitable for dry hard to plastic concrete.
Intelligent control system
- PLC+industrial computer dual control, dynamic panel displays the operating status in real time, supports automatic/manual switching, data storage and report printing.
- Automatic compensation of drop and sensor error correction (aggregate accuracy ±2%, cement ±1%) ensure production quality.
