To open the valve butterfly of water and additives, to make the water and additives flow into the metering hopper. The measurement meets the design requirements to open the hopper door, the ingredients will enter the mixing drum to stir. To turn on the mixer door at the set time, and the concrete will go into the truck.
The Control Requirements of Automatic Ready Mix Plant
1 Each cylinder, control valve and motor should be run according to the process of concrete mixing plant operation requirements. Must keep the each cylinder, control valve and motor control accurate, stable and reliable.
2 The control system has two modes of automatic and manual operation, which are independent with each other.
