The basic configuration of the modern construction batching plant sicoma including: sicoma concrete mixer, batching machine, weighing system, screw conveyor, cement silo, control system, etc..
As the main parts, sicoma concrete mixer and batching machine will be equipped with the whole batching plant sicoma. There are three kinds of weighing system: water weighing, powder weighing, additive weighing. Cement silo is used for storing the powder, which can reduce transportation cost and improve production efficiency.
The screw conveyor is the connection that connects the cement bin and the weighing hopper. It can send the powder to the required position. The control system can control the whole batching plant sicoma. Including semi full automation, full automation and manual automation, which can be selected by the customers.
