Cement mixer pump truck, also known as cement mixer and cement pump all-in-one machine, is a product of concrete pump truck extension. Simply put, cement mixer pump truck is a combination of concrete mixer and pump truck, which can meet the demand of small volume pumping operation, but also can supplement the shortage of material during the transport of mixer truck to achieve uninterrupted pumping, saving time and economy. The cement mixing pump truck consists of two parts: pumping system and mixing system. The pumping system adopts chassis engine, and the mixing system is driven by diesel engine hydraulically, which is a kind of machinery that can feed and pump independently.

 
As an efficient construction machinery products, cement mixer pump truck plays a great roll for improving construction efficiency and reduce costs, but in the construction process to pay attention to the correct operation, the following is the cement mixing pump truck operation process.
1, Parking
The cement mixer pump driving parked to the work area, pull the handbrake will gear dial to neutral to turn off the engine, pay attention to the cement mixing pump truck to stop in the pumping work range.
2, Transfer engine working state
Switch the travel switch on the operation panel of the electric control box to the pumping position, start the chassis engine, put the chassis gear to 6th gear, and check whether the emergency stop switch of the mixing machine box, outrigger and boom conversion position, the main electric control box, the wireless remote control of the pump and the wired remote control of the mixer is open.
3, Extend the outrigger
Switch the boom leg changeover switch to the leg position, and spread the six legs of the pump in turn. Pay attention to the wooden square under the outriggers, so as to increase the supporting surface area with the supporting plate or auxiliary square wood, so as to maintain the balance of the whole vehicle.
4, Extend the boom
Switch the boom outrigger transfer switch to the boom position and extend the big arm.
5, Support the mixer
Pull out the mixer positioning pin, push the mixer to the working position and insert the positioning pin. Put down the upper hopper down the chute and connect the fixing bolts.
6, Start the generator
Start to see if the generator set air switch is in the disconnected state, can not start with a load, so as not to affect the generator demagnetization.
7, Start pumping
Put the concrete raw materials into the hopper of the pump, wait for the concrete to be mixed, and then put the mixed concrete into the hopper for continuous pumping.
8, Cleaning
After pumping, clean the cement mixer pump truck, first clean the concrete in the hopper, and then rinse the hopper.
9, Shut down the generator set
Disconnect the air switch and turn off the generator set after the diesel engine speed is reduced to low speed for 30 seconds.
10, Receive the truck
Receive the mixer pump to the running state, insert the positioning pin, put away the boom and outriggers in turn, set the chassis gear to neutral, and switch the transfer switch to the running state.
