Qualified compact batching plant
The compact batching plant is famous of compact structure to save site area and site cost. So many concrete batching plant manufacturers tried to design the compact structure according to the customers’ requirements. The concrete batching plant structure is mainly composed of 5 major systems such as the mixing host, the material transport system, the material weighing system, the material storage system and the control system.
1. Mixing host
The forced concrete mixer is used in batching plant at home and abroad today. It can mix a variety of concrete such as fluidity, semi-dry rigidity and dry rigidity.
2. Material transportation System
Material transportation consists of three parts. Aggregate transportation; nowadays, there are two methods of hopper transportation and belt transportation for batching plant transportation. The benefits of hopper are small footprint and simple structure. The benefits of belt transportation are large transportation interval, high efficiency and low failure rate. Belt conveyor is mainly suitable for concrete batching plants with temporary storage bins, and then improve the productivity of the concrete batching plant. Powder transportation, the available powders for concrete are mainly cement, fly ash and mineral powder. Nowadays widely used powder conveying method is screw conveyer. The benefits of spiral conveying are simple structure, low cost and reliable operation. Liquid conveying mainly refers to water and liquid additives, they are transit by the water pump.
3. Material weighing system
Material weighing system is a key component that affects the quality of concrete and the cost of concrete production. It is mainly divided into aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing. Generally, concrete batching plant below 50 cubic meters per hour are selected to be superimposed weighing method, that is, a scale for aggregate (sand, stone), a scale for cement and fly ash, water and liquid admixtures are weighed separately, and then the liquid admixtures are put into the water weighing bucket to be mixed in advance. In compact batching plant above 50 cubic meters per hour, more independent weighing methods are used for weighing materials. Electronic weighing and microcomputer control are used for weighing. The weighing accuracy of aggregate weighing y ≤ 2%, the weighing accuracy of cement, powder, water and the additive has reached ≤1%.
4. Material storage system
Aggregates are stored in the open air; powder is stored in fully enclosed steel structure silos; admixtures are stored in steel structure containers.
5. Control system
The control system of the concrete batching plant is the central nerve of the whole set of equipment.
