Core of Wet Mix Batching Plant

Mixing system is a major component of wet mix batching plant. Depending different productivity, the wet mix batching plant can be equipped with one or several concrete mixer. Commercial concrete mixer is a core part of the wet mix batching plant.

Concrete mixer decides if the concrete quality is good or bad. The main role of the mixer is to add the sand, stone, water, additives and other materials into a uniform mixing concrete to stire. Commercial concrete mixer can be divided into small concrete mixer, medium and large concrete mixer.

Small concrete mixer means the volume of the mixer is less than 400L. Medium size concrete mixer refers to the working volume 400L-1000L blender. Large Concrete Mixer means a large volume of work than 1000L blender.

Currently, the most widely model is 100,150,250,400,500,750,1500,3000L. In railway construction, especially on the site, in order to move easily, concrete mixer often adopts 250 and 400L. Less than 425L working volume, concrete mixer is generally equipped with wheeled mobile devices. Concrete mixer working volume more than 425L, often used fixed mixer, which is suitable to the large wet mix batching plant.
