Electric Motor for Concrete Mixer
Hoisting device of electric motor for concrete mixer is composed of braking motor, gear motor and steel wire rope. Braking motor can drive the steel wire rope, which makes the steel wire rope lift the hopper through the feeding rack. When reaching in a certain height, a pair of rollers will run into feeding rack. Meantime, the Hopper inlet will be open automatically, then the concrete will be delivered into mixing tank via feeding hopper.
The upper and lower limit switch is controlled by remote switch. In order to maintain reliable and safe, two ends of feeding rack should be equipped with upper limit switch. Just one lower limit switch is assembled on the top of track. When the hopper falls to the end of feeding rack, Spring lever device will drive the lower limit switch, to control the hoisting device to stop working automatically.
