The Inspection Standard of Environmental Friendly Premix Mixing Plant

The main inspection standards of environmental friendly premix mixing plant are including the efficiency control of dust, waste water, noise, solid waste in order to produce environmental friendly.

The Dust Control:

The places which is easy to produce dust mainly includes premix mixing plant feeding outlet, material field and powder tank. In the process of production, in order to remove the dust, premix mixing plant will make use of closed dust outlet, which keeps the dust in the closed space. Equip with a pair of water mist spray pipe in the cement feeding outlet, to spray the water in case of the dust overflow. To equip with the Spraying equipment in the top of cement silo, the operator can control the spraying equipment to control the dust manually or automatically in the situation of large dust.

The Waste Water Control:

To set up a drainage ditch in a concrete mixing station, and set up a three stage sedimentation tank at the end of the drainage ditch, and equipped with a solid liquid separating device and a pressure filtering device to make use of the water cycle, so that waste water in the entire production process can be recycled to achieve zero discharge of sewage.

The Noise Control:

The noise mainly comes from mixing console, air compressor and vehicle in the station. In order to decrease the noise, we can install the mixing console in a closed structure. To strengthen the maintenance of premix mixing plant, not only decrease the noise pollution, also prolong the service life. The method of decreasing the vehicle noise is to set up the partition wall or partition belt.

The Solid Waste Control:

The main solid waster is sand in the premix mixing plant. The waste generated in the production process can mix into the commercial concrete according to a proportion ratio according to the actual situation, and the waste material should be transported by vehicles.
