Concrete Operating Procedures of Hydraulic Motor for Concrete Mixer

1, Before starting, first check whether there is a scratch phenomenon between the rotating part and the material barrel. If there is a scratch phenomenon, the operator should adjust in time.

2, To clean the material in the barrel.

3, To limit the position of the cylinder before starting.

4. The direction of the rotation of the twin shaft concrete mixer shall be matched with indication in the end of barrel.

5. The material must be removed from metal and other sundries.

6. To adjust the timing of the mixer according to the mixing time, to adjust the mixing time under the condition of power failure.

7, To press the start button, the spindle will drive stirring shovel.

8, To set the automatic parking after the scheduled time.

9, When unloading, should stop the mixer machine, to move the handle, keep the drum to a certain location, and then locked the pin positioning spindle, so that the mixture discharged from the cylinder.

10. After discharging the mixture, reset the cylinder manually, and the mixing barrel is fixed and positioned.

11, To clean the cylinder with water or dry sand.

Main Maintenance of Hydraulic Motor For Concrete Mixer:

1. To lubricate the bearing parts in a regular time.

2, To check the seal in regular time: to check if there is leaking slurry, and timely check the quality of the gasket.

3, To check shovel piece, if loose, should be promptly tightened.

4. To check the electrical control system regularly for good contact and dryness.

5. After the long-term use of concrete mixer, the shovel blade and the mixing drum are worn out , we should adjust or replace according to the wear condition.

6, In the process of mixing, do not put the hand and stick into the tube, so as not to cause danger.
