The Manual Operational Procedure of Ready Mix Concrete Plants in Sri Lanka

In accordance with the Ready Mix Concrete Plants in Sri Lanka operational procedure to operate the construction machine skillfully, it will reduce the fault rate. And the maintenance of concrete batching plant in regular time will extend the service life of concrete batching plant.

The Operation Types of Concrete Batching Plant can be divided into two types: One is manual control, the other is Full automation control.

Today, we will introduce what is the manual control of Ready Mix Concrete Plants in Sri Lanka.

Manual Control Process Below:

1. Shut down the circuit breaker

2. Turn the power switch on the console to the start position

3. To start the air compressor

4. When the pressure of air compressor reached the above 0.4Mpa, to enter the start button of concrete mixer and start the motor of concrete mixer.

5. After starting the motor of concrete mixer, to enter the start the button of Oblique belt device to start the Oblique belt device.

6. After the start of Oblique belt device, the flat belt device will run automatically.

7. Through the Weighing system controller panel or keyboard setting to set the batch weighing value manually.
