1, To ensure that the machine and the environment clean.

2, Timely removal of the hopper inside the product, so that the sensor normal back to zero.

3, Check the lubricating oil is sufficient, the oil mist in the air passage system should keep enough oil.

4, Check the motor, electrical appliances are not overheating phenomenon, abnormal noise, the instrument indicates whether normal, signal system is intact.

5, Regular check, adjust the cylinder, butterfly valve and solenoid valve, etc., so that the opening and closing of the requirements.

6, Check the system of mini mix concrete batching plant, such as leakage and other phenomena to be treated in time.

7, The mixer and the hopper should be cleaned every four hours, lest residual concrete consolidation, impede normal operation.

8, Each class should release the air compressor, the air storage tank and filter internal water, and remove the faults occurred in operation.

9, Butterfly valve, mixer, solenoid valve, air filter and oil mist filter, etc. in accordance with the relevant manual for maintenance.
