Portable concrete mixing plants pneumatic system maintenance

The pneumatic path system is a special function system of the portable concrete mixing plants, due to its importance, the maintenance is very significant. The pneumatic path system is mainly composed of an air compressor, a gas storage tank, a gas source triple piece, a solenoid valve, a cylinder, etc., so the maintenance methods are also different.

1. Maintenance of air compressor
The air compressor is a base component that supplies power to the pneumatic system of portable concrete batching plant, so its maintenance is very significant, every shift should check whether the air compressor oil is sufficient, the general oil level should be above the red line of the oil finder. Each shift should draw off the of water air compressor storage tank put more than 2 times of at least. The air filter should be checked every week for air pressure.
2. Maintenance of gas storage tank
2 times of water should be placed per shift at least; check whether the safety valve of portable concrete mixing plant can be properly relieved every day.
3. Maintenance of gas source triple piece
The filter element of the water separator should be cleaned once a month. If the filter element is clogged, there will be no water drops in the cup; also check the inside of the oil mister.
4. Maintenance of cylinder and solenoid valve
Use a small screw or key, press and hold the manual button of the corresponding cylinder solenoid valve to check whether the cylinder movement is smooth and powerful, and not stuck. If there is a stuck, it is necessary to check whether the cylinder and solenoid valve lubrication is in place, and whether there is inside vent of the cylinder.
