Skip type concrete batch plant and belt type concrete batch plant

Concrete batch plant generally have two feeding methods, the belt type and skip hopper type. Firstly, the skip type concrete batch plant is generally suitable for small and medium-sized models, such as HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, HZS60 concrete batch plant. The belt type is generally used in large concrete mixing plants, such as HZS90, HZS120, HZS180 and HZS240 concrete mixing stations.

 
The skip type is to use the upper hopper on the concrete mixer of the concrete mixing station to carry out the feeding. The reason why this feeding method is used in the small concrete batching plant is because the size of the hopper on each main machine is limited, the material that can only be carried at a time is also certain, the hopper is to pass the loading rail from the ground to the mixer, which takes a certain time, and the total speed of the hopper is not very high, so this deeding method is more practical with small and medium concrete batch plants! Although the feeding method of the skip hopper is slower, the skip type concrete batch plant also have outstanding advantages, that is the cost is relatively low compared with the belt feeding.
 
The belt feeding type is based on the principle of the conveyor belt. The design is more complicated than the hopper type loading, and the cost is relatively higher. The feeding can be continuously provided, and the transmission distance is relatively large, which can effectively improve the work, and can meet the needs of large concrete batch plants. Therefore, the general large batching plant will choose the way of belt type feeding method.
