Maintenance of Small Batching Plant Air Compressor

The air compressor of small batching plant is the main power system equipment, storage hopper unloading, waiting warehouse uploading and the concrete mixer door, the whole process all need the power because of the air compressor. It is very important to maintain the air compressor in regular time.

Air Compressor Maintenance Steps Below:

First, the air compressor should be placed in a dry and clean place;

Second, after the first use of 150 hours, there is a need to replace the new oil. Also to check the air intake filter.

Third, the operator should check the air compressor oil level each time to keep the oil level higher than low standard oil level scale at any time. If the oil level drops to the scale below, need to add new oil. Such as oil deterioration, must replace the new oil.

Fourth, to check and clean oil-water separator of air compressor in small batching plant timely. if not discharge the water, need to clean the water manually; if too much oil separated from the water, the air compressor oil must be in fault, need to repair or replacement the air compressor.
