I. Basic configuration of DHB40 Drum Asphalt Mixing plant:

1. Cold aggregate supply system(mobile):

Components: Four aggregate belt feeders, a set of aggregate belt conveyer;

Type: oblique flow automatically;
Characteristic: The middle filter has no vibration, little dust can overflow; avoid the waste material entering into the drying drum and elevator, reduce the heat loss, saving energy; Avoid big stone material jam.

5、Oil burning system: Components:

A set of main oil burner(light oil), a suit of oil supply pipes; the client equip the asphalt tank by himself.

7、Electric control system:

Components: Control room, electric operation platfrom and cables from control room to the plant.
Characteristics:
1、Control house: The figure dimension: 2.2x2.2x2.5m, Copy container structure, the walls, door and windows are made of colorized steel plate, double-layer heat preservation;It conditioner only has pleasing shape, good seal as well as is easy to transport.
2、In electric control system, it is equipped with operation platfrom, main electrical parts and China famous ZHENGTAI OR DELIXI product with interlock and two-grade protecting device; manual control device, main motor current display, finishied mxiture temperature display, timing meter for cold aggregate and asphalt is applied on operation platfrom; convenient and easy for operation.
