The waste in the concrete production process of wet mix concrete batch plant is mainly because the concrete production personnel cannot grasp the quality of the actual materials in the vehicle mixing tank. If there is excess material when the vehicle returns to the factory, it will be wasted due to the full tank of material in the next production. In the same way, if the weighing system fails and the quality of the material is unqualified, the same concrete is wasted.
